What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 1-3 days to process your order and then 6-10 days to deliver it to you.
Are payments secure?

Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.
Where do we ship your product from?
Our offices are located in Paris, France. Our warehouses are located in France and China.
Do you provide product tracking/tracing information?

Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?
Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We're sorry to hear this. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to contact@kimono-passion.com and we'll send you a similar replacement as soon as possible.
I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can, however, track your order and see where it is at any time.

Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course process the payment, provided the request is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) in question are not on sale.

Return process
If you received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please check the block below.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Once returned, you will be entitled to a full refund, which does not include return shipping costs. We are unable to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition. If you would like them returned, we may ask you to cover the shipping costs.
1. Please download, print and complete a return form if you do not already have one.
2. Email your return form with a photo of the products you are returning to contact@kimono-passion.com .
3. Once your return approved , make sure it is well packaged and meets all the conditions described below.
4. Please clearly mark "Returned Items" on the outer packaging of your parcel.
5. Use an insured delivery tracking service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
6. Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to contact@kimono-passion.com
7. Enclose your goods and return them to the address you will receive by email.
