Shipping Policy

To ensure your package is delivered correctly and you receive it within the timeframe we advertise, please ensure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information.

Using correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (where applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery.

We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or mistyped at the time of purchase.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to a separate processing time, with the exception of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the carrier. Order processing and shipping time is 2 to 5 (business) days, but 95.47% of our orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours.

Please note that orders may take 10-15 business days for France from the date of dispatch and 20-30 business days for the rest of the world , not necessarily from the date they were placed, depending on the final destination of the order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track the status of your order on our website under " TRACK MY PACKAGE ."

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you refuse a Lou & Loulou shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

DELIVERY DECLARATIONS

If you notice a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days to make a claim ( contact@kimono-passion.com ) .

We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to process.

We assume no responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms delivery.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of those items is out of stock: we will ship the remainder of your order, refunding you to your original payment method for the items not in stock.

Please note that it is possible to receive several packages for the same order if it is made up of several items.
